Eden Scott is delighted to collaborate with our global Engineering client to support the recruitment of a Payroll Manager to join their team based in Renfrew.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity. The role will require you to work onsite with scope for some flexible working.
The post holder will be responsible for overseeing, processing and operating the day to day payroll operations, ensuring best practice around the standardisation of current processes and highlight improvement opportunities to ensure consistency across all UK payrolls.
The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills and be able to interact with key stakeholders and build and maintain relationships. You will also have an extensive background in Payroll and be skilled in managing a large Payroll remit and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
CORE RESPONSIBILTIES
- Four weekly & monthly payroll processing.
- Responsible for the end-to-end Payroll Services.
- Tax & pension returns including RTI submissions.
- Payroll related payments to external parties (HMRC, Pension, etc.)
- Holiday pay calculations.
- Provide information for any relevant employee.
- Improve processes to ensure a consistent approach across all UK payrolls.
- Preparing information for more complex clients.
