Responsibilities :

• Run the daily operations of the store, managing sales, customer service, presentation standards, and inventory like a boss
• Craft and implement strategies to smash sales targets and boost profitability
• Train and supervise the store team, ensuring they become a shining beacon of customer service
• Keep a hawk-eye on inventory levels, ensuring they are always stocked up
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities that will send their sales through the roof.
