They have a long and very successful partnership contract based at the Royal School of Military Engineering, Brompton Barracks.The Contract Manager Senior Lecturer will demonstrate depth of knowledge and experience to be able to deliver construction commercial and contract content that is relevant to studies from the concept stage of a project until the final sign off at the end of any project. This will encompass the contractual and commercial complexities of Building, M&E, and Civil Engineering inputs needed, and cover all levels of student academic achievement from Level 3 (trades courses) to Level 7 (master’s degrees).Additional experience to support the role of Senior Lecturer – Contract Management :

• Degree level qualification in a relevant subject area
• MSc or equivalent working experience or teaching delivery in Contract Management
• Chartered Member of a relevant professional body (RICS, CIOB, APM, RIBA, ICE) or able to gain professional registration within an agreed time after commencement
