We're looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused apprentice to join their Service Desk team and grow with them.What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the friendly first point of contact for customers—on the phone and face-to-face
• Log service and repair jobs on to the system
• Keep everyone in the loop—from the suppliers to the mechanics, and MOST importantly…...the customers
• Help schedule jobs and track progress
• Learn how the systems work (and maybe help make them even better!)Working hours are : Monday – 8am to 5pmTuesday through to Friday – 8am to 3pm1 hour for lunchWhat You’ll Learn
