Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel; however, all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities : Proactively manage time to work on assigned boats, ensuring timely completion of tasks.Ensure that all boat(s) are completed to the required quality standards.Effectively manage, control, and designate works orders to the appropriate team members.Early and proactive submission of spares requests to maintain a smooth workflow.Provide regular and detailed progress updates on assigned boats to the Workshop Manager or management team.Lead by example, motivating the team to uphold a culture of cleanliness, quality, and continuous improvement.Inspect and check the quality of all mechanical works, ensuring adherence to technical design drawings.Follow company processes and Health and Safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.Be open to any other reasonable requests from the management.Skills and Qualifications : Prioritize the health, safety, and welfare of all employees in the workshop.Understanding of Engineering drawing and schematics.Demonstrate significant self-motivation and initiative, capable of managing own workload with minimum supervision.Excel...
