There’s a strong sense of collaboration and support, all working towards delivering unforgettable guest experiences and building rewarding careers.All About YouOur client is looking for a confident, experienced Spa Therapist who is passionate about delivering five-star treatments and creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will :
• Hold an HND, NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification)
• Be skilled in all aspects of beauty therapy, including massages, facials, waxing, and manicures (essential competency and experience in gel manis / pedis and Intimate Waxing)
• Have previous experience working in a spa environment
• Ideally, have experience working with ishga products (though full training will be provided)
• Be friendly, professional, and enthusiastic, with excellent guest care skills
• Be proactive in learning and development and keen to grow within a supportive team environmentWhat Will You Be Doing?
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure
• Performing core spa treatments to the highest standards, following brand routines
• Maintaining strong product knowledge and keeping up-to-date through training
• Upselling treatments and retail products to enhance guest experiences and increase sales
• Supporting the Senior Therapist and Spa Manager with additional duties as needed
• Shift pattern : Standard working week 5 days of 7. Standard working hours 8 : 45-6 : 10pm daily, average 42.5 hours per week.
