Job Description
We are currently seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants for day, evening, and weekend shifts. This role will involve you playing a crucial role in supporting seniors with their daily activities, promoting their well-being, and providing companionship.
What You'll Enjoy as Our Care Assistant :
Competitive Pay : £12.40 per hour on weekdays, £13.40 per hour on weekends.
Mileage Compensation : 33p per mile.
Minimum 1-Hour Visits : Ensuring quality time with clients.
Local Shifts : Reducing your travel distance, and we cover mileage.
Comprehensive Training : Great induction for new Care Assistants and ongoing support.
Supportive Environment : A dedicated office team and a circle of happy Care Assistants.
Career Growth : Support for NVQ qualifications and internal promotion.
Your Role and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant :
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Assist with light housekeeping and errands
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate team members
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
Qualifications

Genuine willingness to prioritise the well-being of others.
Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for work.
Legal right to work in the UK.
