Job Profile
This role requires a content specialist to create content for a chatbot application in order to resolve customer queries digitally in the first instance and drive customer satisfaction.
In addition to adding new content, AI Chat Content Specialists will also assess the existing knowledge bank to determine whether content needs updating or amending where it is out of date and when new query types arise. Content Specialists will need to research issues and content, and where appropriate, reach out to key points of contact to request information about the underlying issues and products in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Create new content in response to customer queries and requests
- Appraise regular feeds of customer queries to :
- accurately craft / update responses to those queries
- Identify emerging trends
- further understand future intents and to craft content which anticipates the next / most likely follow on query
- Regularly update the search tool to accurately retrieve updated content responses
- Become a subject matter expert within Digital Delivery (DD) on the underlying products as well as the chat application itself
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on changes and updates made to the application and content
- Actively champion insight led thinking across DD teams and wider LCX
- Help to implement and adhere to best practice standards in content creation and delivery
- Utilise and appraise available insight - sharing more widely across DD if solutions can be enhanced
- Play a key role in implementing our content strategy by providing the right content delivered appropriately (format).
- Respect the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures
