We are currently seeking dedicated SEN Behaviour Mentors to work with students in Bristol. As an SEN Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs to reach their full potential.About the role : - Assist in the implementation of individual education plans for students with SEN- Provide one-to-one support to students with varying needs- Work closely with tutor and other support staff to create a supportive learning environment- Help students develop their social and emotional skills- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to the teaching teamRequirements : - Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Patience, empathy, and a compassionate nature- Ability to work effectively as part of a team- Relevant qualifications in education or special needs support
