Job description

This role would suit an experienced HR Manager or an experienced HR professional looking to take that next step into HR Management.

THIS ROLE IS NOT HYBRID

As a fully generalist role day-to-day duties will include managing all core HR departmental areas, including

Payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, UK recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.

Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, including health and safety rules

Managing employee relations and conducting conflict management and resolution

Enforcing company policies and leading disciplinary procedures

Engaging in project management to devise new HR strategies

Act as a strategic business partner to the Management team regarding organization and management Issues, coaching Managers on performance management issues and processes.

Recruitment and retention : Develop and implement recruiting and retention plans for the UK organisation.

Learning and development : providing guidance on development for managers and their teams.

Policy and Procedures : Manage all HR documents. Create, maintain, and update confidential HR records, Contracts, policies, and associated documentation.

Sponsorship responsibilities

Reward : develop, review, and maintain compensation and benefits plans for the organization.

Manage the UK car fleet.

Person specification and background

Min 5 years HR Generalist experience

A professional and commercial approach to HR

CIPD Graduate / master’s degree in human resources

Excellent skills in leadership, communication, presentation, and strategic analysis

Experience in operating and building effective relationships in a cross functional work
