About Our Client

A key long standing Brighton based client are looking to increase the finance department with the hire of a Management Accountant on a permanent basis.

Job Description

As Management Accountant you will be responsible for :

Production of Client Finance Statements
Production of detailed project reconciliations
Support transactional activity where required including invoice and cashbook entry
Monthly sign off on entry postings and reconciliations.
Overall responsibility for client cash monitoring & reporting accuracy.
Sign off on Auction finance statements & reconciliations and present internally and to external clients.
Sign off on outgoing payments
Mentor, train and manage the team to execute to deadline.
Report Month End Accounting to the Board.

The Successful Applicant

Supervisory or Managerial experience
Proven track record in producing monthly management accounts.
Proven track record in reconciling and filing VAT returns.
Qualified or Part / Qualified CIMA / ACCA / AAT
