We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager – Digital Product Management within the dynamic AML / KYC Product & Capabilities team, which forms part of the Company's ongoing Financial Crimes Transformation program. This Product Manager role will be a thought leader with a product and solutions mindset, focusing on the delivery of the Issuing Legal Entities eRefresh end-to-end product capabilities across international markets, partnering closely with a 3rd party vendor responsible for developing a digital customer experience.
This role will form part of a taskforce that will look ahead in our ambitious roadmap, paving the way for our enterprise delivery teams to deliver eRefresh in International markets. You will be responsible for shaping that roadmap by leading end-to-end pre-discovery and discovery with our market partners, and translate that into product capabilities and acceptance criteria by collaborating with product owners, platform, engineering and business stakeholders across the enterprise. You will be comfortable working on initiatives in the spotlight of senior leaders and able to lead complex discussions with market partners. Together, we will deliver the eRefresh roadmap to support the Financial Crimes Transformation strategy, driving outcome oriented and customer centric conversations with our business collaborators and partners to deliver for our customers.
The ICS Risk and Control organization is responsible for supporting our business across 27+ markets, and has established a centralized Financial Crimes Transformation and Anti Money Laundering (AML) program designed to accelerate progress in delivering on KYC and AML obligations. This is in response to increased regulatory risk as a result of growing expectations and expanded regulatory requirements.
The Financial Crimes Transformation program is focused on defining a robust and sustainable AML KYC and KYB framework that can demonstrate :
- Clear long-term vision, underpinning an optimised customer journey and servicing strategy translated into a multi-year capability set and delivery roadmap
- Robust, sustainable processes that drive a high degree of quality with effective controls and rigorous business testing
- Strong business governance and accountability
- Mature business risk management practices in relation to AML and Terrorist Financing
