Our client based in Brigg, Lincolnshire is a well-established business that provides packaging solutions into the healthcare sector.They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Despatch Operator with FLT license required to join their team as soon as possible.The role is a permanent opportunity, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 days followed by 2 nights) with shift times of 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am. The pay rate is £12.78 per hour, including a shift premium which is paid per month. Please note, to be considered for this role you must hold a forklift licence and have experience of using SAP operating system.Duties of the role will include :

• Accurately pick orders following picking list and prepare goods for delivery
• Accurately complete manual goods in / out
• Carry out correct identification of materials by label
• Receive deliveries and distribute accordingly
• Following receiving in inspection plans to ensure quality of supplied product
• Accurately complete and distribute despatch paperwork and documentation
• Safely operate counterbalance and reach forklift truck and pallet truck
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety
• Participate in stock inventory and check as required
• Wrap reels as defined by specification
• Transfer all finished products onto shipping pallets using the pallet invertor
• Operate core cutter machine to cut cores as required
• Remove litter and manufacturing waste from designated areas throughout the plant, segregate and organise into correct skips ready for disposal
• Maintain housekeeping standards at all times
