An exciting full-time opportunity to a join a respected law firm known for its professionalism and client-focused approach. The firm already have a strong client base alongside referrals.

We are seeking a Qualified, Property Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer (2 years PQE) to join their dedicated team with an emphasis on client care.

Main duties and Responsibilities : Managing a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters, including freehold / leasehold sales and purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages, and New Build developments.Handling cases from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of service throughout.Drafting and approving legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.Managing all post-completion formalities.Providing clear, concise, and responsive legal advice to clients.

What we need from you : Minimum 2 years Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience, essential.Driving licence and own carSupervision experience / Head of Department would be idealProven track record of meeting fee targets and deadlines.Strong legal knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process.Excellent communication and client care skills.
