With full training and support provided, this is the perfect role for someone with strong customer service skills looking to break into the lettings industry or take the next step in their lettings career.Lettings Consultant Responsibilities : Liaise with prospective tenants to understand their requirements and match them with suitable rental propertiesConduct property viewings and follow up with applicantsBuild strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal lettings teamsSupport the full lettings process from start to finishAssist with negotiating tenancy terms and managing move-insLettings Consultant Requirements : Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or office-based roleInterest in property and a desire to grow in the lettings sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfident using Microsoft Office and lettings software (training provided)Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is essentialLettings Consultant Salary & Benefits : Basic salary : £21,000 - £24,000 (depending on experience)Quarterly lettings bonuses - realistic OTE : £22,000 - £25,000+Additional commission through referral programme (~£500 annually)Business mileage reimbursementBirthday day offEnhanced holiday with length of serviceCompany pensionRegular training and development within the lettings teamRetail voucher rewards and company eventsWorking Hours : 5-day week including Saturdays (with a day off during the week)Monday to Thursday : 8 : 30am - 6 : 00pmFriday : 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pmSaturday : 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pmThis is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected name in property and lettings, with over 50 years of history and success in the local market.
