Are you an experienced Registered Care Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity?

Take this opportunity in managing a well-established, contract-provider domiciliary care service in Bradford. This service is built on a dedicated and long-serving team across management, office, and care staff.

What’s on offer :

35,000-£42,000 annual salary
Competitive 33 days annual leave
No expectation of on-call duties
Ongoing support from senior management

Registered Care Manager Responsibilities :

To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the branch, reporting into the Director.

To ensure high-quality care delivery and compliance with CQC regulations.

To prioritise maintaining strong communication and relationships with Bradford Council.

To be organised and confident in generating new business opportunities by making calls, networking, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and other referral sources.

To manage clients’ care plans and to be responsible for ensuring safety and high standards for their ongoing care.

To manage and develop care staff to support retention and service excellence.

To address client concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring outstanding customer service.

Registered Care Manager Requirements :

Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Care Manager within a domiciliary / live-in care setting.

Must be working toward / achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.

Must have a UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle.
