JOB TITLE : Property Surveyor
LOCATION : Bracknell, Berkshire
SALARY : Up to£46,200 / annum DOE
The Employer :
We are looking to fill the role of a Property Surveyor within a housing environment, Our client is ambitious and have a massive 5 year plan which we are seeking a Surveyor to assist with, their main aim is to create a sustainable future for social housing, building new homes and investing in existing ones creating vibrant, thriving communities.
The Role :
- Carrying out Property Surveys to provide solution with repairs.
- Manage and resolve challenging projects, keeping customer satisfaction to a high standard.
- Collaborate with contractors, clients, and in-house teams to maintain housing stock to the highest standards.
- Prepare schedules of work and project management support including quotations in relation to minor / major works where the technical surveying level is appropriate to specify and oversee the resulting works
- Ensure health and safety compliance across all projects, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Provide full technical support to legal department in respect of disrepair or legal claims received
The Candidate will need :

SUMMARY :
This role is being offered on a full time, Permanent basis
Working 37 hours a week.
An enhanced DBS needs to be already held or applied for
