We want people that like to challenge our thinking.We want people that live and breathe digital and have a passion for nutrition, health, fitness, and sports.The Manufacturing Training Coordinator Opportunity : As Manufacturing Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all teammates are signed off and competent in their respective working areas, working alongside the Quality Assurance Manager and Manufacturing Team Leaders to update and create Standard Operating Procedures to improve the overall standards in the production facility.This is an exciting opportunity for an engaged and ambitious person looking to drive change. You'll gain knowledge and experience working with different teams, be part of implementing projects and be an integral part of the team for our success.What your day-to-day might look like : Recognising gaps in production processes and recommending tailored standard operating procedures to address and resolve themDeveloping and documenting production procedures aligned with BRC standardsLeading training meetings, creating the agendas and discussing key training topicsDelivering training on standard operating procedures to the manufacturing teamPresenting high standard training briefs to the production teamCreating and updating a training matrix that clearly shows training compliance with approved ProceduresMaintaining up to date training records for all manufacturing teammatesIdentifying skills gaps in teammates' knowledge of processes and procedures, and coordinating with Production Team Leaders to rectify thisSupporting the Technical team during internal and external audits by providing expertise and documentation related to training compliance and proceduresAssisting the Assistant Manufacturing Manager in scoping external training coursesCollaborating with the Learning and Development Manager and other members of the wider team to ensure training is synchronised with strategic initiativesCollecting, analysing, and reporting on training performance data, identifying trends and providing feedback to enhance training standards and meet targetsAbout you : Previous experience working in a Food manufacturing or similar environment with GDSI e.g. BRCGSAble to work confidently on G-Suite programmes e.g. Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and SlidesProficient in navigating and utilising Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver, track, and manage training contentSkilled in using authoring tools to create engaging and interactive training materials and contentAble to quickly learn how to use multiple in-house systems and platformsHighly organised, detail-oriented and have the ability to work to tight deadlinesSelf-driven, proactive problem solver and ambitiousWhat do we offer?A day off to celebrate your BirthdayPerkBox Subscription60% discount on all productsTeammate Pension SchemeLife AssuranceMedicashA day off for Volunteering (optional)Cycle to Work SchemeEnhanced Maternity & Paternity leaveFree PantryInterested?
