Your new role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our operations, providing multichannel customer service to themunity. This role is full-time and offers hybrid working, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need prior customer service experience and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Your ability to handle multiple channels of customer interaction will be key to your success in this role.
