WHAT OUR TRADE BRANCH SUPERVISORS DO : Our Branch Supervisors are hands-on, lead by example, and work closely with the Branch Manager in day to day branch operationsProvide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customersEnsure excellence in customer service, operational standards and Branch sales targets are achievedSupport the delivery of sales targets whilst developing and maintaining positive customer relationshipsAssist with the delivery of branch operationsProvide support and assistance to Branch colleagues as requiredSupport the Branch Manager to ensure team complete actions and activities on time, and in fullEnsure Branch team compliance with Health and Safety, company policies and proceduresUndertake stocktakes and auditsMaintain maintenance records for Branch vehiclesConduct Branch housekeeping for front of house, warehousing and merchanting

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR TRADE BRANCH SUPERVISORS : Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targetsA hands-on customer focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customersA commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, whilst ensuring our customers always walk away happyGood organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiativeConfident IT user, with experience of MS Office and industry standard software eg SAPA full and valid driving license is essential, and a FLT licence could be a distinct advantageThe ability to cover for the Branch Manager when requiredPrevious branch stock take experience could be a distinct advantageComfortable to work in a small team and on occasion, aloneExperience within a similar role ideally in a trade / builders merchant / retail, glazing or uPVC environment could be a distinct advantage
