Operating nationwide, they deliver high-quality projects across the hospitality sectorExperience, Knowledge & QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have : 10+ years' experience in a commercial management role within a Main Contractor environment (preferable).Experience in Pubs, Bars Restaurant, Retail, Shopfitting projectsProven track record in leading commercial teams and delivering profitable project outcomes.BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, HND Construction, or equivalent qualificationKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic Commercial Management - Oversee the commercial function, ensuring profitability and efficiency across all projects.Contract Negotiation & Risk Management - Manage contract negotiations, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements.Budgeting & Cost Control - Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring accurate cost forecasting and financial reporting.Procurement & Supply Chain Management - Lead procurement strategies, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve best value.Cash Flow & Financial Performance - Maximise cash flow by managing payment applications, cost valuations, and invoicing processes.Stakeholder & Client Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to support business growth.Team Leadership & DevelopmentThis is a Permanent position with a competitive salary (£60,000 - £70,000) on offer for the successful candidate.
