About the Role

This role is ideal for a Sales Team Member looking for the step into Sales Management.

As Transaction Manager, your aim will be to achieve sales volumes andprofit through developing and motivating the Sales Team to ensure everycustomer receives the very best of customer service. The role will involvemanaging the supply of vehicles, managing specification of products in linewith local markets and sales trends. You will adhere to and maintain the highlevel of customer satisfaction records expected of the company.

You will be expected to maximise commercial opportunities throughdeveloping and implementing effective and consistent events and campaigns.

To be successful in this role you will :

• Hold an excellent record with vehicle sales volumes and margins with aproven customer satisfaction record (i.e. CES / Mystery Shopper) and provencustomer retention.
• Have the ability to motivate staff while regularly communicating withother departments from across the company in order to develop the business.
• Be of smart appearance at all times and hold a full clean UK drivinglicence.
