Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist independent school rated Outstanding by Ofsted, located near Harbury. This rewarding role involves supporting students with special educational needs both in the classroom and through the school's distinctive outdoor learning programme.The school supports learners aged 9 to 19 and is seeking a candidate who can form strong, positive relationships and deliver focused interventions, both one-to-one and in small groups, particularly for students with Autism.This is a full-time position starting after the Easter break and running through to the end of the academic year, with the potential to continue into the next academic year for the right candidate. This SEND Teaching Assistant Job Role : Supporting the Class Teacher with delivering engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.Working with a pupils across the school to promote their learning and development.Providing one-to-one or group support to pupils with varying needs.Preparing classroom resources and assisting with lesson planning.Helping maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.Collaborating with school staff to ensure a positive and productive school day.
