JOB DESCRIPTION : SEN Primary Teacher- DSP Unit in LE4 school.Location : Large city school in LE4Job Type : Temporary, Part-Time hours (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) for the rest of the acadmic year.Duration- Summer Term. Primary Industry : Education and TrainingSalary : £140 - £160 Per dayJob Duties : Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environmentAssess and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents / guardiansCollaborate with colleagues and external professionals to support students' individual needsParticipate in meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activitiesRequired Qualifications : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Education : Bachelor's degree in Education or related fieldExperience : Previous experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)Demonstrated experience in effective behaviour management and leadershipKnowledge and Skills : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong understanding of SEN teaching principles and strategiesAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents / guardiansPreferred Qualifications : Additional training or qualifications in SEN teachingExperience working in a diverse classroom environmentWorking Conditions : The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, within a supportive educational setting.
