Senior Field and User Support Analyst
Digital Policing
Wakefield / Bradford
One full-time permanent post of 37 hours
Salary : £38,007.00 - £40,950.00 per annum
An opening has emerged for a Senior Field and User Support Analyst to join the new Digital Policing Directorate based in either Wakefield or Bradford.
In this role you will install, support and maintain network and mobile communication devices in order to ensure provision of specified services and meet associated service levels agreements.
To apply you must have proven relevant practical experience and technical knowledge to support a wide range of devices utilising appropriate support tools and experience of IT second line support, ideally relating to a computing environment.
You will also have a full current UK / European driving license with access to a motor vehicle and is prepared to use this for business purposes and be willing and able to participate in a call-out / standby rota and on occasions be required to work outside normal 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
