• Work closely with students who require additional behavioural support, providing a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Apply behaviour management plans and strategies in line with school policies.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to personalise support to individual student needs.
• Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback and suggestions for further interventions if necessary.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development related to SEND and behaviour management.Requirements :
• Enhanced DBS check (mandatory).
• Previous experience working with children or adults with additional needs.
• A relevant teaching qualification demonstrating your knowledge of effective teaching practices.
• Proven ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively and sensitively.Additional Details : Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am – 3 : 30pm.Salary : Final salary based on experience.Location : Walsall, West Midlands.What We Offer
