Our world-class consultants enable organizations to realize the power of the integrated enterprise by providing superior consulting and implementation services.The Role : MES Consultant required to drive & support MES implementation for large automotive manufacturer. You will also beresponsible for design, integration, lifecycle management, development of solutions.The project requires the consultant to be available to be at the manufacturing plant 5 days a week plus cover varying shift patters across either 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 10pm. This is required to provide technical MES support during the manufacturing production cycles.A rea of ResponsibilityHigh End-to-End MES Solution / Systems / technical DesignCapacity and performance models for downstream / communication systemsOwnership of Interface definitions during the execution phase for the MES SupplierTechnical Deployment ModelsGovernance / Coordination of User Acceptance testingManagement of various on-shore / off shore technical resourcesDesign & Development of components \ module.Deployment and Commissioning of MES componentsUnderstanding business requirements then executingKey Skills & KnowledgeA deep understanding of Manufacturing Systems and Plant Floor Systems.A deep understanding of the core concepts for supervisory control and data acquisition in a manufacturing environment.Understanding of the Automotive Business Operating ModelKnowledge of queue-based communication to external system.Real-Time Data collection, Analysis and ReportingUnderstanding of PLC, SCADA SystemsExperience in any reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau) etc.,GE Proficy Suite Products Cimplicity, Workflow, Historian etc.,A deep understanding OPC , MQTT , AMQP protocols.Understanding about RDBMS , writing optimized sql query , db optimization.Understanding about Devops tools like Jenkins, BitBucket , Docker , etc .MES / MoM implementation for automotive industry is a plus.If you are passionate about bringing innovation to the projects you work on and want to join a global company, then this is the place for you.Tata Technologies : Engineering a better world
