Location : Berkeley, Gloucestershire
Pay rate : £150 - 215 per day, dependant upon experience
Hours : Mon-Fri - Term time only, long term contract available until July 2025 initially
Spencer Clarke Group are working closely with a bespoke school for 11-16 year olds with SEMH needs in Berkeley, Gloucestershire, who have taken the best elements of a mainstream school and the best elements of a special school to create an environment where young people can achieve their own goals and thrive in a future of their own choosing. They aim to prepare students for life beyond school, so further education and employability is truly at the heart of the school's culture and ethos.

Therefore a primary qualified teacher with SEN experience would be ideally suited for this role, although secondary teachers with SEN setting experience are welcome to apply too.
Key Responsibilities :
- To be responsible for the day to day running of the class and assist in other relevant aspects of the day to day running of the school.
- To assess, record and report pupils' progress according the school's policy in order to monitor and foster pupils' progress in all areas of learning.

- To attend and contribute to teachers' meetings, multi-disciplinary meetings and any other relevant staff meetings.
