This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated engineer to take a leadership role and drive engineering excellence across the site.As the Engineering Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the site runs efficiently, with minimal downtime, while supporting and developing a team of engineers. You will report directly to the Engineering Manager and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve production targets and continuous improvement goals.Skills required for Engineering Team Leader : Proven leadership experience in an engineering role,Manufacturing backgroundDemonstrated ability to motivate, manage, and develop a team effectivelyA proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementStrong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering, with a multi-skilled background preferred.Excellent communication and organizational skillsComprehensive knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations within a manufacturing setting.The Engineering Team Leader
