Site-Based Document Controller – Construction Project📍 Location : Nottingham🕒 Hours : Approx. 8 : 00am – 4 : 00pm (flexible)📆 Duration : 12 Months💼 Type : Freelance or Temp-to-Perm💷 Rate : Competitive, DOEWe’re working with a leading contractor who is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Document Controller to join their site team on a major construction project in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced site environment and wants to play a key role in keeping the project running smoothly.🛠️ The Role :

• Manage all project documentation using internal systems and document control platforms (e.g. 4Projects, Viewpoint, etc.)
• Upload, track, and distribute drawings and technical documents
• Maintain registers and ensure version control is up to date
• Support the site and project team with admin tasks as needed
• Liaise with subcontractors and consultants to ensure smooth flow of information
• Maintain filing systems and assist with project compliance documentation✅ Ideal Candidate Will Have :
• Previous document control experience on construction projects
• Proficiency with document management systems (4Projects, Asite, Procore, etc.)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to team support and information management
