Route 1 Recruitment are currently working with our bespoke client in the Batley area, who are now looking to add Upholsterers to their friendly team.You will be working with various material widths and lengths and therefore experience is preferred.Your daily duties will include, however will not be limited to : -

• Work on custom upholstery projects, including chairs, sofas, Ottomans, and other bespoke furniture items from concept to completion
• Interpret and work from detailed drawings and specifications to create intricate designs and patterns
• Utilise various hand-held power tools, including stitcher, buttonholer, and rotary cutters, to complete upholstery tasks efficiently and accurately
• Select and work with a variety of fabrics, leathers, and other materials to achieve the desired look and feel
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in accordance with company policies and health and safety regulations
