The Role of a  Branch Colleague

As a Branch Colleague, you will develop strong customer relationships in your store offering hire solutions with an array of top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors. If you’re looking to join a forward-thinking culture, we want you to be part of the exciting journey with us.

What do you need to succeed as a  Branch Colleague ?

• Committed to delivering exceptional communication, customer service and eager to assist
• Proficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Proactive and positive outlook and solution driven.
• Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise
• Prior experience as an Assistant Manager or Sales Manager within Tool Hire / Construction or similar industry.
• Hold a valid driver's license.

What does the  Branch Colleague  role involve?

Similar Working Pattern

Monday to Friday 7 : 30am until 17 : 30pm and Saturday 8 : 00am until 13 : 00pm

with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked).
