Are you a proactive and dynamic Learning and Development Professional looking for an opportunity to showcase your broad L&D skills across design and delivery of blended learning solutions?

We are currently hiring for a nationwide, growing Property Company, who are looking for a Learning Advisor to join their collaborative and supportive L&D Team.

You will have the opportunity to design and deliver blended learning solutions including class and virtual training as well as the crafting of engaging learning programs via E-learning, with the support of a Digital Learning Advisor.

Responsibilties include but not limited to :

• Lead the end-to-end learning and development process, encompassing needs analysis, design, and delivery of blended learning solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service and Finance, to identify learning needs and develop engaging training programs.
• Work closely with the Head of Learning & Development in a supportive and collaborative environment, as well as partnering with the Digital Learning Advisor
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
