We work with a diverse range of clients including small and multinational construction firms, as well as working at prestigious events such as Goodwood and Glastonbury through to smaller events such as weddings and parties.The Opportunity : This exciting Events and Construction Operative opportunity is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and works well in a busy team.Joining our Installation team, you'll be working at client sites covering a range of sectors including aviation, construction sites, festivals, film & tv, car parking, weddings, stadium, equine and agriculture, and so your day-to-day duties will vary depending on the client's requirements and live projects.You'll be required to assist in the deployment of temporary flooring on event and construction sites throughout the UK. You will also help maintain hire stock at our home site based in Weston Longville, which is located between Norwich and Dereham. Ideally, you'll have experience with telehandlers and towing trailers, however ongoing training will be provided.Person Specification – Events and Construction Operative : A full UK driving licence is essential.Motivated and hard working.Great communication and interpersonal skills.Experience of operating a telehandler / forklift and towing trailers is an advantage.Personable and approachable.Able to work well within a team, as well as independently.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
