Job Title : BU Marketing Manager (GB, Ireland & ROW) - Safe Storage (12-Month Maternity Cover)

Hours : Monday to Thursday : 8 : 15 AM - 5 : 00 PM | Friday : 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Type : Hybrid (3 days in the Portadown office, 2 days working from home)

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Unit (BU) Marketing Manager to lead the strategic direction and growth of our storage tanks, tank monitoring product portfolios, and custom moulding services across the UK, Ireland, and Rest of World. This 12-month maternity cover role is key in advancing IoT-enabled solutions, driving innovation, and enhancing customer engagement.

Collaborating with commercial, technical, and marketing teams, you will execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our growth objectives. The role also involves developing digital communication methods to target customers, increase brand visibility, and drive customer loyalty throughout the purchasing cycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• IoT Innovation :
• Drive the integration of IoT-enabled product solutions to enhance customer experience and align with growth strategies.
• Facilitate the development of innovative connected products that create value and drive engagement.
• Digital Marketing & Strategy :
• Design and implement digital communication strategies to generate leads and drive 10-15% YOY sales growth.
• Manage digital projects such as customer portals, e-commerce initiatives, and SEO campaigns to optimize customer touchpoints.
• Strategic Planning & Execution :
• Support the Head of Marketing in shaping and executing marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Lead marketing projects, including product launches, rebrands, and regulation-focused campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Brand & Communication Management :
• Uphold Kingspan's master brand and sub-brand standards, ensuring consistent positioning and values.
• Develop integrated communication plans that leverage digital and offline media to strengthen brand awareness and generate business.
• Team Collaboration & Development :
• Work closely with commercial and technical teams to refine digital lead generation strategies.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve marketing performance, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Market Intelligence :
• Gather and analyze market data to guide decision-making and inform marketing investments.
• Event Management :
• Plan and coordinate trade shows and exhibitions, ensuring alignment with brand standards and commercial objectives.
