HR ManagerOffice Based – Full TimePermanent - Mid Kent Pearson Whiffin are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Manager on behalf of our client based in Mid Kent. We are looking for a patient and confident individual with strong HR function experience who has handled a variety of complex ER cases and is passionate about building a positive and people-focused workplace culture.Duties : Manage a range of employee relations (ER) cases, providing sound advice and ensuring fair and consistent outcomesCollaborate with leadership to shape and nurture a positive, inclusive workplace cultureProvide HR guidance across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboardingAnalyse HR data and systems to support decision-making and drive continuous improvementMaintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practiceLead on the implementation and optimisation of HRIS and other HR systems, ensuring seamless integration and user adoptionCoordinate and manage all responsibilities across recruitment, HR administration, and advisory functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and consistent support to both employees and managersAct as a calm and approachable presence within the business, supporting managers and employees with confidence and empathyManage and support the HR team, providing clear direction, coaching, and fostering a collaborative working environmentThe successful candidate will have : A calm, composed approach with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levelsProven experience working with HRIS platforms and leading or supporting system implementationsStrong knowledge and hands-on experience managing a range of employee relations (ER) casesA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skillsA genuine passion for fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace cultureStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and support stakeholdersUp-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practicesCIPD qualification (or working towards it) would be an advantageThe company offers a highly competitive salary for the local market, along with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment alongside a driven, energetic, and supportive team.Submit your CV today for consideration!This role is being managed by Nicole Howe, Recruitment Consultant for Pearson Whiffin Recruitment.Not quite the right role but still looking?
