An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Care Support Worker to join our team in the GP Unit in St Margaret’s Community Hospital, Auchterarder.
St Margaret’s is a 12 bedded unit providing rehabilitation, step down and palliative care for the communities of Auchterarder and the surrounding areas.
We work closely with Crieff community hospital who provide similar care in an 18 bedded unit to Crieff and the surrounding area.

Within the Community Hospital setting there is sufficient dedicated resource to ensure we can plan and deliver high quality person centred care alongside a highly experienced, dynamic and committed team that takes pride in the quality of the care we provide to maintain or improve lives.
Working on a busy ward you will work with the team along with other service professionals, to meet the needs of patients providing safe holistic, patient centred and evidence based care.
Applicants must have a positive attitude to change and endeavour to deliver high standards of patient care. You should have evidence of continuing development pertinent to the role although we are committed to delivering and supporting ongoing training and development.
