Due to strategic growth and increased demand, the business is now looking for experienced CNC and machine tool service engineers either from Maintenance or service backgrounds.Ideally you will already have knowledge and experience of CNC machinery and Siemens PLC software, although for the right candidate specific product training will be provided.RolePlanned Preventative Maintenance on CNC machinery in a dedicated region.Implementing the company’s service plans with the team.Fault find electrical and mechanical repair on CNC machinery.Working on Siemens software, AC / DC controlsReport feedback to Service ManagerProviding first class customer support and serviceSkills and Experience requiredElectrical- Mechanical engineer, with Mechanical bias 60 / 40Advanced Modern Apprenticeship, or HNC / HNDExperience working on CNC machinery.Good knowledge of voltage, AC / DC current, Windows and Siemens softwareWorked on PLC controlled machinery, mechanical and electrical Fault finding.Good enthusiastic team playerFlexible, willing to travelThis is an excellent position within the service team so would suit someone seeking a new challenge, maybe excited to work for a market leader.
