About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Internal Talent Acquisition Partner to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals, such as nurses, health care workers and residential staff across various care and nursing home settings.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with our hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
You should be skilled in sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Sourcing & Candidate Search :
- Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through direct outreach, and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for various healthcare roles, nurses, medical administrators, and support staff.
