Cover Supervisor

Location : Ashington

Salary : £95 to £120 per day

Contract : Temporary / Full-Time

Start : ASAP / September 2024

GSL Education is seeking a dynamic and proactive Cover Supervisor to work in schools in Ashington.

Job Summary : The Cover Supervisor will be responsible for managing the classroom, ensuring students remain on task and continue their learning during the absence of their regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise classes and deliver pre-set work left by the teacher.
Manage classroom behavior and ensure a constructive learning environment.
Assist students with their work by providing constructive feedback and support.
Maintain classroom resources and records.

Requirements :

Experience in a similar role or strong educational background.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage groups of students and enforce discipline.

Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
