Assistant Secretary :  £24,915 - £26,419 (Grade D1 - D4)

  • About the Role

    As an Administrative Assistant / Assistant Secretary / Team Secretary, you will :

  • Provide essential administrative support across various teams.
  • Copy type legal documents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage correspondence and maintain files, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
  • Draft court documents and update our case management systems.
  • Handle telephone calls, responding to queries where appropriate.
  • Coordinate diary management, scheduling, and office logistics.
  • Assist with photocopying, document delivery, and other office administration tasks as required.
  • Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service and efficiency within our firm.

  • Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written abilities.
  • Organisational Excellence : Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency : Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.
  • Attention to Detail : A meticulous approach to administrative tasks.
  • Professionalism & Integrity : Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Location : Must be able to commute to our Glasgow office.
  • Court Work : Experience with court work is preferred but not essential.
  • Core Hours

  • Monday-Thursday : 8.45am - 4.45pm
  • Friday : 8.45am - 4.15pm
