Job Title : Administrator

• About Us :
• We are working in partnership with a company based in Angus, together we are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to be the first point of contact for our organisation and provide vital administrative support.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages as needed- Liaise with various departments to provide comprehensive administrative support- Manage and organise incoming and outgoing mail- Maintain appointment schedules and manage meeting room bookings- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Essential for the role :
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)- A proactive and customer-focused attitude- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality- PVG / Disclosure registered (preffered)
