About the role : Duties include : Research, obtain leads and set up meetings with suitable clients Actively and successfully manage the sales process Acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities for both networks are captured and explored Be accountable for all customer proposals, SLA's, contracts, and any further documentation Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner Maintain and update the Company's CRM system Report weekly sales activity to General Manager Efficiently track all new pallet volumes Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department Liaise with the Finance Team and Operational departments as appropriate Seek ways of improving the way the business operates Complaint handling to manage customer expectations and provide efficient solutions The ideal candidate will have : Previous experience in a sales role Strong ability to generate and convert leads, with a successful sales track record Exceptional customer engagement and communication skills Self-motivated, organised and excellent planning skills Enthusiastic, energetic and can work on own initiative A positive and resilient attitude Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office Your career development?
