You'll be fully supported as you learn the end-to-end process, from receiving digital files to the final plate production, ensuring you build a strong foundation for a successful career. Key Responsibilities Learn all aspects of the flexographic platemaking process, from artwork preparation to final plate production. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and quality. Handle and maintain platemaking materials, ensuring they meet quality standards. Operate state-of-the-art platemaking equipment and software to produce high-quality printing plates. Check final plates for accuracy, quality, and compliance with customer specifications. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery. Keep detailed records of work completed and maintain an organised work environment. Qualifications & Experience 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent), including Maths and English. Basic experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
