The Role :
As a Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of our kitchen brigade, reporting directly to the Head Chef. You will take charge of your section, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. Your culinary expertise will contribute to creating seasonal, balanced menus that cater to a diverse range of dietary requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with menus, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock ordering, ensuring the efficient use of supplies and maintaining health and safety standards.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet the school’s high culinary standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations and best practices.
