The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is an armed police service that’s dedicated to the nuclear industry. As an Occupational Health Administrator you will provide administrative support and guidance to our customers- both internally and externally regarding all aspects of the Occupational Health processes.
Are you ready to take on a unique and fulfilling administrative role? Look no further! The Civil Nuclear Constabulary is seeking an exceptional Administrator (Occupational Health) to join our Occupational Health and Wellbeing team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and contributing to our ambitious mission of ensuring the safety and security of civil nuclear sites. You will be the first point of contact for all occupational health enquiries from customers and stakeholders; ensuring queries and calls are handled in a polite and professional manner.
Responsibilities :
- Provide flawless administrative support to the Occupational Health and Wellbeing department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Assist in managing appointments, schedules, and documentation related to occupational health assessments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with health professionals to coordinate health surveillance programs and follow-up on any identified issues.
- Manage and organise the department's filing systems, both physically and electronically using the medical records system.
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries and requests for information.
- Order equipment and consumables, liaising with external suppliers as required for the department.
- Contribute to the successful implementation of new occupational health initiatives and programs.
Essential Experience :
Occasional travel may be required to support with medicals administration at other locations, team away days etc.
