Job Description
nexos are seeking a Fabrication Supervisor with a structural bias to oversee operations within our fabrication facilities in Aberdeen . This is a full time, permanent opportunity .
This role is responsible for effective supervision of activities within area of operations. Ensuring efficient production to meet specified requirements and responsible for quality, health, safety and environmental matters within the fabrication facility.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the Fabrication Supervisor will be responsible for supervising fabrication activities, ensuring work is completed to the required standards and within specified timescales. Establishing strong working relationships with supervisors, managers, and support staff will be essential to ensure smooth operations. The role also includes ensuring all employees under supervision are adequately trained, competent, and equipped to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
Other key responsibilities include managing production schedules, issuing specifications and drawings, and ensuring strict adherence to quality plans, inspection processes, and industry standards.
