Are you an experienced Medical Negligence Associate looking for premium litigation work with a Tier 1 Ranked Medical Negligence team in Glasgow?

This highly reputable Scottish National firm is actively searching for a motivated and experienced Medical Negligence lawyer.

The role

Join a market-leading department, headed by a Chambers and Partners Band 1 accredited Specialist in Medical Negligence. Clients range from individuals to prominent healthcare organizations, such as the Royal College of Nursing and the General Medical Council.

The work encompasses a wide variety of cases, including public inquiries, appeals, judicial reviews in the Court of Session, and personal injury claims, including those related to Long Covid.

In this role, you will primarily work independently, managing an existing caseload of medical negligence and personal injury claims while also initiating investigations into new claims.

Ideal Candidate

A Medical Negligence Associate with 10+ PQE
Understand the specialist practice areas of the team and all relevant court procedures
Have strong organisational and technology skills together with the ability to develop and progress a busy and interesting caseload
Work independently but always as part of a collaborative team
Provide exceptional client service and develop client relationships
