Join Our Team as a Marketing & Communications Manager (Maternity Cover on a temp-to-perm basis)

Are you a creative wordsmith with a knack for turning technical jargon into engaging stories? At Zotefoams plc, a world leader in cellular materials technology, we’re looking for a skilled Marketing & Communications Manager to help us share our innovative, technical products with the world.

This role is based in London with the flexibility for some remote work.

About the Role

As a dynamic self-starter who can clear their own path to get to the heart of the most important messages, you’ll execute tactical and strategic marketing communication objectives by delivering high-quality content that engages target audiences at every touchpoint across a range of unique products in the core Zotefoams portfolio.

You’ll work across a diverse range of sectors relevant to Zotefoams core business such as aviation, space, automotive, electronics, packaging and defence to tell the unique Zotefoams story. The role also presents an exciting opportunity to support the marketing and communications requirements of an exciting new product development, ReZorce® Circular Packaging, the worlds most sustainable beverage carton, at a critical stage in the market development phase.

Key  Accountabilities

• Communications Campaigns :   Plan and implement campaigns that align with our strategic objectives.
• Content Creation :   Develop a wide range of written content including press releases, feature articles, blogs, brochures, website, internal communications and e-newsletters.
• Media Programmes :   Plan and implement national and international trade media programmes to further our objectives.
• Promotion :   Identify and pursue speaker and award opportunities to promote Zotefoams plc
• Trade Shows :   Develop communications plans for trade shows and leverage these events.
• Social Media Collaboration :   Liaise with Social Media Manager to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Internal Communications :   Collate and create content to inform and engage colleagues.
• Collateral Production :   Support the creation of market and application brochures, digital assets and other communications collateral.
• Stakeholder Engagement :   Network with a range of stakeholders including customers, end users, colleagues, media, suppliers, partners and influencing bodies.
• Audience Communication :   Engage with target audiences via phone, email, website, social media, etc.
• Event Attendance :   Represent the company at conferences and exhibitions as required.
• Campaign Evaluation :   Evaluate and report on outcomes of communications campaigns.
