About the role
We are looking to hire an experienced applicationsoftware implementer ideally with knowledge and experience of the recruitmentindustry. You will join our team of implementation consultants to implement ourin-house developed cloud-based software solution for our clients. This is aclient facing role so you will need to have a commercial approach with goodcommunication skills.
About the job
You will be responsible for the implementation of cloudbased software services for new and existing clients in the recruitmentindustry. Being the clients primary point of contact you will liaise with andprovide support to the client during the implementation. Facilitate knowledgetransfer to the client and apply your knowledge and experience to theunderstanding of the clients requirements and the solving of problems andissues. You will work closely with clients and the rest of the implementationteam but also liaise with the wider Sales, Account Management, Development andSupport teams where necessary. On occasions you may be required to providesupport for clients at the weekend. This is typically rare and any requirementwould be agreed at least 4 weeks in advance.
About the ideal candidate
You will ideally be an experienced application softwareimplementer with knowledge of the recruitment industry. You will demonstrategood communication and team working skills and a willingness to learn.

- An experienced application software implementer.
- Good team working skills with the ability to share workload and tasks.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective verbal and written communications skills.
- Confident presenting remote (Microsoft Teams) training sessions with clients.
